Refund Policy
With the nature of individually customized orders and for hygiene issues we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind, design, size, or shape. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please do so within 3 days so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability. We are not held responsible for miss-sizing so when purchasing please double check that you have measured correctly. We highly recommend using our sizing kit for each size and shape you are looking to use as it is the most accurate way and fit varies per each size and shape.
You can request a refund if your order has not been started yet, but that still does not guarantee a full refund. Please reach out immediately upon determination. If there is something wrong with your order on arrival, like wrong product received, please contact us asap so we can try to resolve the issue. If the order is damaged on arrival or missing, please contact the corresponding shipping company and file a report. We do not have any control of the packages once handed over to the carrier but please let us know as well so we can stay in the loop.
